I am looking in ASME B31.3 for the distortion (dent) tolerance on process piping and have been unsuccessful. Please help in locating the section(s) which give the tolerance. Thank you.

I have not found any definition in B31.3, but in the gas code dents are defined in B31.8 Section 841.243 as follows,
(c) All dents that affect the curvature of the pipe at the longitudinal weld or any circumferential weld shall
be removed. All dents that exceed a maximum depth of
1?4 in. in pipe NPS 12 and smaller or 2% of the nominal
pipe diameter in all pipe greater than NPS 12 shall not
be permitted in pipelines or mains intended to operate
at hoop stress levels of 40% or more of the specified
minimum yield strength. When dents are removed, the
damaged portion of the pipe shall be cut out as a cylinder.
Insert patching and pounding out of the dents is
prohibited.
