I'm getting this error. Can I determine with a error-code-list what this message means?

Lars1978,

The only thing I see listed on the GTAC Solution Center is quite old and related to IE7. Do you happen to have IE7 installed?

Two things.

The error message ,
all it says, for us normal people, is that something between NX and the OS crashed. Nothing more.
GTAC can read many of the error codes ( the e06d7... etc ) but it might not tell the reason.
When you get a message like this, the NX syslog will most often tell a wider story on what it was that crashed.

The Solution center is "down" .
It has lost all the good stuff.
because of the GDPR rules in the EU (-only ?) Siemens has removed all bug reports from the solution center, because they might contain customer information.
FAQ's and SFB's are still there.

Regards,
Tomas

Yes, the info to which I was referring above was from a SFB - was specific to the above error code but was for a much older NX version. I only mentioned it because the "fix" was to simply delete a file and it's not difficult for some of the seasoned users to simply rename a file to filename.xxx.old, for example, and see if that fixes the issue (versus deletion which may not be recoverable, obviously). I wasn't going to bother with suggesting it unless the OP came back saying he did have IE7 installed. Was a long shot at best but still beats waiting on a solution, especially if one isn't paying for GTAC support for whatever reason.
