Hi everyone,
Recently we started producing films both with PLA ECOVIO and Mater Bi as well. The problem we face is that both materials lose their corona treatment really easily ( like after couple of days ).
The second problem is that the printing is faded ( like light coloring ) when printing with solvent based inks, while with water based inks it fails in the tape test ( the color comes off with a tape ).
Does anyone know how can we solve this or how can we improve the adhesion of the surface?
We don't have inline printing. We treat the film during extrusion and after this we print it.
Thanks in advance
