Trichord Cold Form Metal Stud

Alright....so I managed to find the company that makes this cold formed metal stud.....
and they refuse to give me the load capacity tables.

Grasping at straws here, but has anyone used a Trichord Cold Formed Metal stud and do you have any capacity charts?


Link with photo here: The company is based out of Pheonix. Their name is Westco Steel. They barely answer their phone and when the do most of their responses are "no".

That's a really good reason to avoid them...

Rather than think climate change and the corona virus as science, think of it as the wrath of God. Feel any better?

That is a very odd business model. If they think this will prevent getting knocked off by a competitor I think they are mistaken. Looking at their site I do not see any of project pics that used these studs. Do they offer complete engineering for parts or do they only take on complete building packages? Their lack of support would give me great pause as far as spec'ing anything they build.
