In the diagram of polypropylene creep curves, what is the meaning of the indicated values

EC=140N/mm2, 1N/mm2 and 1000h

That is the creep modulus, Ec (also "long term modulus of elasticity"). For a given material, it is a function of temperature, applied stress, and time, so that is the value of Ec given those assumptions.
 

You mean that Ec is the creep modulus at 120°C with an applied stress of 1 N/mm2 during 1000 hours of test ????
