Hi
In our project, we have proposed that a material be made to break the adhesion around the anchor bolts. If anyone has done this type of application before, I would be grateful if they could provide information on the material they used.

Why not just use a pvc sleeve or something? Whats the purpose of not having them adhered?

Engineer accepted DENSO TAPE but is not bond breaker. İt is coorrision protection tape.

I have used galvanized or plastic sleeves in the past, but have also used DENSO too. Whilst DENSO is primarily a corrosion protection 'tape', it will also be a bond breaker is you apply 2 or more layers, because the petrolatum-tape is easily deformable.

Are you pre-loading the anchor rods, and hence the bond breakers?

Also, you need to be careful with the anchor rod/bolt couplers. The couplers will need to accommodate movement to maintain the bond breaking you wish to achieve.
