I apologize if this isn't the forum to ask this question. I am trying to write an excel formula to determine the steel weight of a duct pant wye. I would like the formula to be able to be used on multiple sizes at once. I have attached how far I have gotten. Please know that the openings are all round, and that the picture is just for reference. This job was just kind of dropped in my lap.

Doing a google image search for duct pant wye pulls up a number of wyes that are similar, yet not the same, either. In some of those cases, you'd need additional information on the geometry to calculate areas and weights.
Note that Simpson's rule or the trapezoid rule may be useful if you have the geometry worked out otherwise.
If you're buying these, weigh one or check catalog listings.

I won't open excel files on this site, so I have no idea what you posted, but this is a problem of developing a flat pattern. Are you quoting work and just want to know weights on all of the fittings, or are you actually making these fittings? There are a lot of options for pattern development software.
