I have a couple contours that are sewn together and look like they are perfectly joined and are as smooth as can be but when I go to put a fillet on it won't do the whole corner. I've attached an image. Please let me know if anybody has any tips. I keep running into this issue when surface designing.

Edge blend or face blend? What options are you using? Is NX giving you any error or informational messages during the blend?

Also, it was edge blend

Hello,

first: try change tolerance value.

Second: try use face blend.
Third: You must add face bellow existing faces.

MANox: What do you mean by adding a face below existing faces?

Hello Jashe,

I mean: extrude free edges and sew new faces with existing sheet body, and after try add blend:

I agree with Manox, it's those bottom edges that are causing the failure.
extend them so the bland has somewhere to attach to. Or do a Face Blend and turn off all the trimming and sewing options, then trim it out manually.
