Rib Stiffeners Specification for End Plates in Non-Seismic apllications.

Hello,
I'm looking for rib stiffeners specifications for non-seismic application.
Following the Design Guide 4, I suppose these are only for seismic splices.

Is there any other doc that specify dimensions or requirement for non seismic splices with rib stiffeners?

I'd look at the latest AISC design guide on Bolted End Plate connections. Design Guide 39 is supposed to replace / update both of the older design guides (DG4 and DG-16).

I haven't actually read this guide yet, so I can be 100% sure. But, I'm guessing that it's intent is to be clear about what is required for Seismic and what is not.
