DUAL APODYS CHLORIDE UPS URGENT HELP REQUIRED

Can anyone has any idea as to What Timeout means in reference to Dual Parallel APODYS 18 KVA Emerson Chloride UPS.
We have an alarm for" CAN Communication Problem" INVERTER TIMEOUT AND ? MARK ON DISPLAY when AC Supply breaker is energized, though the Charger is normal i.e there is no alarm.

Red Led Flashing

Note : Its partner UPS is healthy but in shutdown position

I'm not sure there's a Chloride UPS expert on here and if there is hopefully, they can provide you more specific guidance. I do not have the product specific documentation, do you? Is there a troubleshooting matrix? I can Guess what your messages mean but you should be able to look them and know for sure. My best guess based on the information you provided would be a communication issue with the CAN bus. I would start by trying to isolate what piece of equipment specifically is causing the CAN bus error and verifying the integrity of the communication wiring and connections.
