small size u cup seals

I've been searching for 3/8 OD u cup seals for a project and i have only been able to find them from mcmaster, but this project is still in the prototyping stage and i'm unsure if these u cup seals are going to be in the final version. So it is not economical to pay $10 for shipping for a couple of seals. Does anyone know where i can find these seals elsewhere?

What material of construction are you looking for? Find a good local auto/machinery parts store (not a big box or chain), tell them it's for a class project and they might give you a few.
