Need info on casting a ring with enclosed water jacket

Materials

I happened to see a ring casting made in low alloy steel with an enclosed water jacket for cooling purposes. all these have been cast integrally with no welding done. I shall be thankful if someone can help me in guiding me to manufacture such a casting.
