The statement that confuses me is the quotation UG-84(h)(2)
"The test plate material shall satisfy all of the following requirements".
The wording "Test Plates", creates all the confusions in my mind.
So UG-84(h)(5) statement says welding procedure shall be qualified by testing sperate sets of impact test specimens removed from weld metal and heat affected zone .
Then how can I use a full specimen? Please explain
