Works reasonably well

I did try a simulation in ANSYS. To find out the volume, I modeled the bag as an open shell and applied pressure on the inner sides. Then exported the deformed shape as STL file, capped the opening to get a volume in Solidworks.

This is a custom part taken out from a commercial medical device, not from a supplier's catalogue. It is very thin and stretchy, almost like a rubber latex glove but pretty sure it's not. I was told it could be Santoprene (TPV), but not knowing that material I can't tell for sure.

Tried many times but found it impossible to get convergence using static structural for more than 30° rotation. Eventually, I could get to twist 165° using Explicit Dynamics with damping control to remove unwanted dynamic effects.
