Hi,
laser was running for 3 hours and I did power test. Current was: 67 and Power: 2469W.
There were no lighting inside glass tubes. And flow was normal.
Any suggestions what to do next? To check all mirrors in resonator?
By the way I notice strange problem when we start resonator it...
Hello,
Bystronic Bytube 3kw laser with 35000hours on it.
We have strange problem, one part could be cut ideally and another one is not cut in all areas.
It looks like laser doesn't have enough power or the power level is jumping drastically.
You can see in our video that there is no sparks...
I was thinking about doing shot on plastic cube, but I don't know how to do it. Could you please explain it to me. Is it pulse shot on 100% power? How many milliseconds? Where do I place the cube?
I found solution to this problem, you need to turn this stacking on in Service menu - > Config cnc Bysort ankoppelung.
Then in setup menu it appears as separate menu unit where I can disable it.
As well in PLC unit new menu appears, where it must be disabled.
Hello,
In our Bystronic MMC program setup, I'm missing one line: N42=Stacking: 0=off,1=on
This line is switched to on at the moment and when I cut in automatic mode, when laser finishes one program, laser stops waiting for stacking operation.
If I look in MMC setup or config hardware there...
How many hours on machine?
Just thinking out loud. Is it possible that linear guides are wearied off at certain place? Maybe there is some other equipment or machinery running nearby which cause vibration? When you did beam alignment was it checked in all 4 corners? and beam circle is the same...
I have solved this problem with Krugtech help.
Solution:
You have to make sure IRQ 5, 10 and 11 are reserved in the bios. Possibly IRQ 6 also depending on what network card is being used.

I'm sending you Bystronic head drawings. Part No.6 is the ceramic that you need to check, new cost at Bystonic around 10EUR.
Regarding head holders I have cut it myself with our laserhttp://files.engineering.com/getfile.aspx?folder=8608e5f5-1505-4a7f-9b09-2c8dbf18e582&file=cutting-head-drawings.zip
