Measuring Pipe wall thickness when using pipe for shell or nozzles on ASME VIII pressure vessels

As part of corrosion management plan, client could require such checks. I have been doing Ultrasonic Thickness Measurements for piping system; 4 measurements in every location (0, 90°, 180°and 270°), 2 locations per 12m length pipe. I think that this practice is specified only on companies...

Hydrotest of FRP piping: Testing pressure?

OK 150% of design pressure would be acceptable. But to what code shall I refer to? What about holding time at that pressure do you think that it will be safe to fix it 30 minutes?

Hydrotest of FRP piping: Testing pressure?

I am looking for how to determine test pressure of FRP pipes. AWWA C950 doesn't specify test pressure. For example B31.3 specify that for Carbon steel pipework, the test pressure is Pt= 1.5 x DP x stress ratio. Is there a formula applicable for FRP pipeworks??
