    Layers in solidworks

    I use Solidworks and translate into DWG for Autocad, Does anyone know of a way to force the hidden lines on Solidworks to be put on a different layer, so when imported as a dwg into Autocad, they also use a seperate layer. This would be a god send.

    Peformance Problem

    Slight improvement with the performance by using the SP3.1 pack. Not solved the problem though. still slower than 2001+. Thanks for surgestion to switch off external references, but we need those to keep all the parts in sync. Still try to solve it. regards
