NBK stands for annealed above the upper transformation point under shielding gas or in a vacuum.
This particul DIN standard is world known and I don't think you need a ASTM equivalent.

One advice from me...
BF stands for BreitFlach;
It's german, meaning "large sheet"
+TH means "treated to hardness range"
meaning the steel has been treated to reached a certain hardness.

Plaxis is a Program developed by a dutch company.
On http://www.plaxis.com you can find information.
It is not the usual FEA program to calculate materials, but more specialized in geotechnical stuff.
