My Guide gives no results for the xxxL sires you are asking about. These are bothe lowered Carbon grades of SS. for 304 There are no values in my guide. for 316 though i have 15.9um/m from 0C to 100C and 16.2um/m to 315C and 17.5um/m to 538C.

IMHO... the AISI 41xx series of alloy steels is commonly used in tubular form for different applications requiring high strength, one thing to keep in mind is that after welding the frame will need to be stress relieved.
The bigger Diameter of tubing will give higher strength, adn if designed...
