Does anyone know what "Quater Turn Latch C/W Sealing Cover" is or means it's on a print for a NEMA 4 enclosure. I know what the 1/4 turn latch is, but I've never seen C/W nor can I find the cover
I have a large number of sheet metal parts and assemblies that I want to begin to check into the Vault, unfortunately all the pem nuts and hardware from tool box was inserted using configurations from tool box, not copied parts. Is their a way to redirect the file references from the _pmi files...
2005 "sketch toolbar" had 2 icons "rotate or copy entities", and "move or copy entities". each would bring up the "move or copy dialog box" They are GONE. Dose anyone know why?,or if they intend to put them back? I hate using the “Circular sketch pattern” it’s cumbersome.
I discovered that this was an isue created by the fact that I was installing from a C.D. When I copyed the files to a local drive, and removed the "r" attribute, all went well.

I tried to let the exe run it's normal course. as scot said it's a self extractor, and when I clicked unzip, the error I got was "cannot creat folder" "sw2004-0.0-3.0-i". I did install 0.0 from cd with no prob's.
I downloaded sw2004-0.0-3.0-i.exe, doubel clicked, and it wanted to extract to a folder named sw2004-0.0-3.0-i, which of course is an illegal folder name. so I directed it to swdist, and went on with the instalation, which required the original disk, and basicaly toatly re-installed solidworks...
I agree with loveaeris, solidworks needs more show/hide varations in the view tool box. things like isolate/un-isolate, show all, and an ability to quickly capture a shown/hidden state for later display. it would also be realy cool if the dynamic highlighting actually worked, from feature to...
