When we say NACE, we normally mean the valve body and trim.
Tugsten is coating on the ball and seat. And Tugsten is higher than NACE standards. So as long as the valve body and trim material is NACE standard, the valve is in NACE application.

2. you give the torque and wrench length information to your end user and let them decide whether they are acceptable.
