yes we installed the valves and after operation the seats are damaged ! the picture showing the body seat inside the valve . from your point of view this is reason of the damages ?

Actually am a distributor and we purchase the valves from one factory and delivered to the site , all valves are inspected and we are sure about that, the damage of the seat is clear , attached some pictures
do you think water hummer happened in the operation and damage the material ...

we have one problem at one site , we are using ball valves DN80 , the contractor sent us back a report mention that most of the seats and balls are damaged !! the factory said that all valves are tested 100% before delivery , so what is the reason behind that ?

but the disc am trying to convene is ductile iron not cast iron !
therefore , any strong/convinced technical points to argue with the end users to use ductile iron disc against SS one? any proof that material will fit the requirement ?

TSE water is clean not same sewage ! am talking about the pipes network from the plant to for example to irrigation uses !
the stainless steel is SS316 S31 and the seat AS well .
