Everything is done in the PLC, so it really sounds as the plc program is corrupt and you need to verify this somehow.
Did you call up the parameter page??
You need to validate all of this before anything can be done

You are on the right track, even with no encoders connected or motors you should have a lag of zero until you push the Z axis jog button.
When I test a control with no motors or drives I just set the parameter that controls the amount of following error allowed before a fault display. This...
What type of feedback does the machine use?
The fact that the machine is oscillating tells me the problem is in the position feedback.
If possible swap the encoder's or feeback between axis.
I'm assuming the machine was running and this is a failure and not the result of the machine being...
Hello Koruma......Assuming your reference to the Z channel is the Z axis and the speed reference is always at +10 volts.
As soon as you power up is there a fault displayed?
Double check all the parameters to make sure they are correct.
Give me some idea how you checked the D/A converter to make...
The only material that is known to be perfect match in SS is Waukesha and can be located here.

We used this as a rotor in a volumetric piston pump for years and worked perfect
I should have added that in the panels are a combination of plc's, vfd's and pc,s along with both hydraulic valve amps and digital servo drives.
This application includes both scale and rotary encoder fedback
I have never had any problems ever with this method with noise etc.
Just thought I...
A few times a year I build panels for machine tool retrofits usally 3 phase 480. I always ground one side of the 115 vac control transformer as well as the 24vdc and -+15 vdc supplies.
These are grounded to coppper plate (in the panel) and usally connected to a ground rod and the primary...
Im using a 15 kva 440 vac pri. 400 vac sec. Y transformer in a 3 phase servo drive application do I need to be concerned about K factor?? Thanks in advance (trans center tapped to ground)
Im in the process of retrofitting an old machine tool that had a two-speed motor and we decided to go ahad and use a vfd and was waiting fot this customer to ask "Why cant we use the old motor?" We have decided to replace it with a proper motor with encoder feedback. Thanks
