I have a related problem. When I copy a AutoCAD drawing, then paste it in a word document, it looks OK, but will not print dark enough. It is always too light. My work around is to drawn more lines next to the existing lines. Is this normal for AutoCAD?
Any suggestions?
I have done this before with success and you might find some great facts.
I used a spreadsheet. I logged in the type of insert used and how long (Number of parts) before it would either fail to cut or the cut was too rough or the insert would break.
I also found out that more coolant in more...
Thanks guys
This is what our group have for conclusions:
The maximum theoretical length calculation shows that the longest #10 wire length should be no greater than 450’ with our current motor We have tested a M742 off of the shelf with 700’ of #10 conductors with start voltage of 230 volts...
We think he has them evenly spaced inside the 700 feet with 20 fans in total. The nearest fans are working OK.
The motor draws 7.8 amps on each fan.
I should get more exact information soon.
I have a customer who wants to run motors at 1-1/2 HP 230 Volt 60 Hertz single phase. The problem is that he has run 10 gage wire to a distance of 700 feet from the source.
The resistance is so high we lose voltage to the point of under 180 volts.
The nearest motors will start and run OK, the...
I could use some help to build a standard that suits our company and what we design as a product. If you have a source of a standard that is in use now I would like to review that standard. To define what I consider a standard for drafting I would say it has rules, good practice, and examples...

OK, it is a Monday give me some slack. Well we also use preformed (progressive forming of metal in a die before the final form) as "In house language" here.
For VeritechVF11
How did the job hunting work out?
For the group in the thread, Have you preformed the interview of other women? And if so what did you notice or see as good ideas and bad ideas?
This might be useful hints for others.
Thanks, John
What is the correct conversion from 10 PT size characters to the like metric size?
And I will also need other point sizes like 12PT converted if you have a reference.
Do you express the height and width, and spacing, line spacing?
Has the metric size font been used widely?
Thanks, John
OK people, I use the same as Grogan5 except for angles we use +/- 1 Degree. Our one place decimal is also +/- .015. Our internal shop people do not like us to use fractions, because they do not show up on the Calipers, and they will need to look up the conversion. We try to appease them some...
OK for Jaq, would you not agree that any professional should have the professional courtesy to read all of any document that they receive if they are expected to interact with or approve or use this document to make recommendations? I think it is just sloppy practice to only read part of a...

I just looked at the website you posted and I may be wrong in total Ha Ha. Sorry for the confusion. That type of operating method must be more complex being they have a patent.

Think what you have found is a HYD cylinder that has two sizes of cylinders in line with one (Small bore) that will telescope inside the other (large bore) to drive the rod.
No check valves are needed. If the resistance is low the small bore is driven fast. If the resistance is high...
insideman, how are things working out for you? Have you found some work? Not a big deal, but are you in the USA? You can see the other replies by me and the others.
Plasgears, Thanks for the information. I will check this out deeper. I also have a friend who is doing landscaping with the...
Thanks to both unclesyd and FredGarvin. I think I have all I need for now. Both sites were useful. I can see a person can go very deep into these components.
I am looking for a cross reference where I can find a bearing made by one manufacture where another manufacture's bearing will replace this same bearing. I could also use a source of information where the load and speed rating is listed for light duty ball bearings.
Thanks
Thanks PLASGEARS
I will have to check that out closer. If you know the source of the course in landscape design please pass that on. I hope to work on landscapes of lakeshore in Northern Minnesota. I just got back from a trip to Canada and Northern MN.
For insideman;
I can understand your need to keep busy and enjoy a challenge. The time drags on if you do not have busy hands and mind. I can also relate to loss of contacts from past networking. I am 54 and many times the people I knew have retired, sold out or moved away and I do not have...
