you may be cheaper to replace the valves rather than having bespoke linings manufactered try ksb for this, they are generally good and will drill AWWA flanges

i have had mogas valves, with metal to metal seats on plant for a number of years causing little problems, this is on a superheated steam system. Assuming that water/steam is the medium i think metal is a cost affective and low maintenance way.

not sure on the exact application of the pump if it is semi-solid then a mono pump may be a solulion, or a centrifugal sump pump designed for such a system
