The key here is making sure that you properly "fix" the assembly to ground. In SW, make sure you have the slings properly mated to the surface of the frame that's sitting on the ground.
You'll find all the support / "fixing" options in the Analysis Settings of Mechanical.
This is probably a difficult problem to diagnose without inspecting the timing components. Can you pull the cam cover(s) and see the cam gears or tensioners?
