Many thanks, Littleinch
1. The actual issue is the oven will turn to cool after a while of cooking. Some of the first bread is acceptable (not perfect) and after a while, the others are not cooked. Although the flames are turned on.
2. The oven is a chain oven. Its manual says it has the...
Hello everyone
I have a bakery oven with a conveyor that carries the dough through the oven to cook it. It does not function properly, and the resulting bread is of poor quality. I checked it and discovered that the conveyor parts are only one mm thick plate. I believe it should be at least 4 mm...
Hi
Check the check valves. The outlet of the compressor has more pressure than the inlet, so, when you turn the compressor off, the flow gets back and rotates the shaft in the reverse direction. It doesn't make any problem for the compressor, but it shows an inner leakage through the check valves.
Hi nuuvox
I have been using Revit for more than 10 years and it is so easy and convenient. For cool load calculation the best software that I have found, is Rhvac or Chavez also for ductwork calculation those programs are very good.
Don't worry about Revit, maybe you find it so complicated at...
Hi MacGyvers
The Wimax router that I am going to use, is something like the attached files. It will be used for sending a live video by an old mobile and Wi-Fi network for a range of 5 Km.in urban areas. I want to know is it possible to use old mobiles without a sim card and just only with a...
Hi
Why you don't make a 3D model of the blades and simulate it in ANAYS? I think it would be more reliable and easier. If it is not so complicated you can go with Solidworks as well. In ANSYS you can find out all the element momentum of the blade and change it in order to have the best performance.
Hi Rod 427
As this is one-time use, you can use clear silicone for sealant instead of a washer. It would be very reliable and very cheap. It would be enough to create a groove and fill it with silicon. Take a look at this pic.
After a while, the silicon gets solid and seals the gap perfectly.
Obviously, you have to consider drainage, and since you have enough time - I assume you will drain it after one day - you can connect the output to a grease interceptor before connecting to the sewer line. Also, you can create a pipe in the body of the cage for washing inside of it.
I am not sure my experience helps you too much but let me tell it. Water absorbers many particles including the odors' masses. If you spray water in a cage and pass the air through it - obviously using HEPA filter before entering the air in and add some vinegar and soda into the water it would...
By removing the foil from the panels, you made them defenseless against vapor, so, they absorbed vapor and in this way, their R-value has been decreased and you have more energy in the room during the summer. It would be the same for the winter and you have less energy in the room during winter...
Hi
Thanks for your response. Yes, you are right, it works in the physics approach, however, it must be approved by JHA as well. I did not consider getting approved. Regarding the vehicle, it has made in 1970 and it is still being produced, but with many new weapons, but the engine and...
This type of design can be found in many military vehicles such as BMP1 and BMP2. Also, I used this type of cooling system in a 1.2 MW generator in Iraq during the Gulf War. The diesel engine of BMP armored personnel carriers does not have a rotating fan or turbine and has radiators and ejectors...
HI
The pressure drop in your design is very low. So, you can use the duct but I am not sure about the two other fans that you were talking about. It seems not necessary at all. However, you can use the exhaust of the Generator for helping the outlet air. It would be more effective. if you put...
You can make a small groove in the pen body for an O-ring washer. it is pretty simple and it seals the Alcohol perfectly. Otherwise, you should make a cone with 4 degrees for the pen tip and the body. in this case, you have perfect sealing as well.
Hi
It seems very clear. if you consider the L (angular moment) equal to L=mvr which m s the mass and v is velocity and r is rotation radius you simply see all of them are constantly in a compressor except for velocity. The moment of inertia is I=L/ω and again the ω affects the velocity. So, all...

Base on my experience in all kinds of reciprocating compressors the leakage in check valves is the most common issue. All of those check valves are flat with soft surfaces, so, the dirt oil or other debris in the oil causes a gap between the valve and their seats, then passing the...
