This just lets you override the dimension, not the tolerance. So for this instance it would let me manually change the .051 radius to say .75- with out effecting the model.
That is what I figured, just wondering if some how I could hack it to show the C5, or any letter and number, to then reference in an inspection report. I liked how easy it was to add the 'C5' to the drawing, next to tolerances. I guess I'll try something else.
Perhaps I should also add a little detail of other information I am trying to use...and this might not work.
I'd like to use the 'C5' as a reference to that hole which will then appear in the inspection report, I do not want to use it as the 'hole size' Is this possible? Or is there a better...
Hi all,

I assume you mean you would like to print a 2D .idw on to a 8.5 x 11 with no border or title block, which in that case of course Inventor can.
All you need to do is select the right sheet size in this case A, then delete the border and the title block. Select the border from the browser tree...
Hi everyone, I am new to this forum and have found some incredibly helpful information. One thing that I am struggling finding is, where can I learn more about UL/CSA/FM and all other NRTLs? Is there a class that will teach the entire process covering the necessary information for all NRTLs...
