    I need to connect a Modicon 3240 controller to a Wyse-185ES monitor and keypad. I cannot locate any documents on the 3240 to get me started. Has someone else done this? Can anyone help?

    Thanks for the help, some additional details are It is a 5HP motor, OPD housing, duty cycle would be 8 minutes on, 2 minutes off, nornmally running at 60HZ with the VFD being mainly used for acceleration and deceleration control with some occasional slow speed running, perhaps for 5 minutes...

    I have always used VFD with 1800 RPM base speed motors. Now I have an application where I want to apply a VFD to a 3600 RPM base speed motor. Is there any problem with using a VFD on a 3600 RPM motor and running at 60HZ or less?

    derating of motor & VFD at 8000 feet

    I have an aplication were I have to use a 2 VFD's at 8000 feet, one is a 5 HP and the other is 7.5 HP. Normally we do not ventitlate the cabinet, in this case I was planning to add a fan/filter kit to increase the cooling, both drives normally run at about 55% on full load current. does anyone...

    CE Marking on Labels.

    Dear Madhudc All documents and any labels or tags on the machine must be in the official language of the country where the machine is being installed. Wherever possible we use a pictogram that is used in Europe, RSI in the UK is a good source. Any warnings must also be explained in the manual
