hi... if you have min 3 or more known points on drawing(coordinates should be known) you can transform that drawing very easily. but you need those points as base points... those points might be corners of buildngs or better ground control points(GCP) on drawing...

hi... generally after producing orthophotos we register them to their real coordinates, and you can see that information in the begining of the TIFF file. if you view it as ASCII (header information). if you can't see those real coordinates in the header information that means the orthophoto...

roader, lvl files are ascii files and you can create these files with an editor. but you should obey the writing format. have look at example lvl files for the format. those are located in C:\WIN32APP\ustation\wsmod\default\data diractory.(for MS SE)
