    Consider ordering the HRSG Users Handbook http://www.hrsgusers.org/pub/pdf/Handbook_Brochure.pdf it has been very helpful in our plant. In addition to the other posts, identify piping systems and equipment suceptible to FAC for baseline inspections.

    Mecha20 Subtract your minimum thickness reading from the nominal thickness then divide by the amount of time in service. Will give you a general corrosion rate. Mike
