In a simple completion - tubing with a profile I would only run an XN.
as the need for more profiles in a more complex completion I would run multiple X nipples above the XN.
- example: 2 zone completion XN nipple, Packer, On/off c/w X profile, Pup joint, X nipple, 10 joints tbg, 1 blast...
X Nipple is an Otis flow control nipple with a locking profile and a seal surface
XN nipple is an Otis Flow control nipple with a locking profile, seal surface and a bottom No-Go ring to prevent blanking plugs from falling thro the nipple
Otis Blanking plugs are ran in two pieces, the body...
With a Normal tempature gradient you shouldn't have a significant parrafin deposition problem at the sand face at that depth, I have found that in waxy wells that the parrafin buildup will be greater closer to surface. If for what ever reason your Formation is cooler than the parraffin cloud...
Can't say that I've ever done this on a Platform, but have done it quite a few times onshore. I take it your 9 5/8" is the Intermediate string?
Should be a pretty simple workover - back off old casing and pull it... make up new casin, run and screw into stickup.
Onshore we use a string shot...
This is likely pushing the depths for PCP pumping, but the first thing that glares out at me is the pump setting depth. I would expect a high volume of gas to be entering your PCP, which would lead to premature failure.
I would first look at getting the pump below perfs. If not possible a gas...
yimc seems to have nailed this one, based only upon the gas chart.
Is there any daily record of liquid prodution to correlate to the gas chart? Also look at your pump effiecny 14 bbl/d is a low liquid volume, likely you are pumping off and pulling gas into your bottom hole pump. If its an...

Your 10000' 3BPD wells maybe viable rod pump candidates. Use of a small bore pump reduces the fluid load, coupled with pumpoff control.
Also might consider reciprocating hydrulic pumps, thought the low volume does tend to make them non efficent.
Gas lift might help the plunger...
There has been lots of work done with constant flow pumping sytems (ESP's and PCP's) and downhole hydrocyclone separation systems, these configurations work well if there is good size casing =>7" and separate disposal zones within the wellbore. I know Centrilift was working on this and had both...
Make up torque for the Polish Rod is the same as for the the equivilant pin size sucker rod. ie. 7/8" polish rod pin requires the same torque as 7/8" rod.
The MAJOR point to be aware of is the polish rod coupling is a special thread that has a 9 degree angle in the back of the thread...
Not sure what kind of expiriments you are planning, but about the smallest pumpjack you will find is an old water well pumping unit, a Jensen Brothers Pump jack would be in your size range, there is one for sale on Ebay currently...
HF acid is most common in "Mud Acid" Packages, depending on the service provider the mud acid mixture can very significantly but commonly a mix of 15% HCL, 5% HF, and corrosion, antislude, and Iron Control additives. The use of Mud Acid to clean up perforation tunnels immediately after...
