Solidworks has a piping add-in that works pretty gook. Check with your Solidworks VAR for this. Otherwise, you will have to do it all manually using the 3D sketcher.

If other geometry defines your view but continually changes, you might be able to write several equations to get what you want.

SBaugh is correct. Once compiled, you will have to run the Add-In Manager to register it with Solidworks, additionally the .dll will have to be registered with your system. Otherwise, VB may be the way to go instead of having a menu item directly in SW.

I just sent you your model back. It was a quick fix taking less than 2 minuites. I did 2 things, first I moved your profile outside of the part and then used a pierce relation to the leading corner of your profile to the helix. Piece of cake. Hope that helps you out. James

Are any of your fields tied to a database? Your last post was more confusing than the first. How about giving a little more information, lets say an example of what you intend to input and into which field as well as what you want to see in the other fields. This might clear things up a little.
