I have a multi-page drawing that I need to export as a DXF file. I read a post here that stated it could not be done in earlier versions of Pro/E. Is the same still true for WF2?
If it can't be done than what would be the best way to export all of these pages? Thanks for any help.
First let me apologize since this has probably been brought up before, however, I can't find it. I have an assembly drawing with some sub-assemblies in it and I want to create a table that shows each individual part name (not the names of the sub-assemblies). Is there a way to do this?
The only way the remove material option wouldn't work is if the cut is a surface and the pipe is a solid or the other way around. However, if the pipe is a surface you can still remove material from another surface if the cut feature is also a surface. A quilt, however, will be needed.
Basically in the project I am woeking on I have two linear actuators (SMC) and I added connections to them to create motion and I was hoping to set up some sort of linear translation limits that would be referenced off the hard stops located on the cylinder. My reason for doing this would be so...
I was wondering if it was possible in Pro/E to limit how far one part can translate in an assembly. For example if I were to create a cylinder, pin, etc. connection... is it possible to limit how far that part can translate or rotate?
Basically I am trying to make a table that has only 3 fields that include index, part name, and quantity. I can get the first two to work properly but when I update the table after putting in the code for quantiity...nothing happens. Is there something obvious I am forgetting??
