Even he is chasing red herring, then how to move forward with the selection of Multiphase pump. May be you have gone through multiphase pumps selection as well.
That I know whilst I need the basis of concept selection. GVF is the basic information for pump selection whilst actual GVF is unpredictable due to well behaviors and consequently pump will fail particularly when wells are produced with ESP pumps. I need more information on this side.

Hysys measure RVP and TVP at 100 F, even pressure and temperature conditions are different. further, TVP calculation includes water and nitrogen while my stream has only hydrocarbons. I'm confused on TVP, why Hysys considered water plus nitrogen and oxygen as well.

I noted in my simulation, Bubble point, RVP and TVP are very much different from each other, especially RVP and TVP, can someone explain this difference as both measured at 100F and pressure 450 psig.

no need to worry, this installed some 40 year ago and flowmeter just few months back, before, tanker was loading and dipstick was used to measure the quantity, now they want to measure with flow meter, just waste of money.
Flow meter design parameters.
Design flow:200, 500, 700 m3/hr
Design pressure: 16.6 barg
Operating range: 13,40,50 m3/hr
Operating pressure: 5 barg.
I think problem with meter settings, our guys set max flow 50 m3/hr.

Methanol is single phase liquid. but will ask instrument guy for signal connection. vendor specialist was not present the moment they commissioned.
