Hi all,
I'm continuously facing problem for multiphase flowline simulation, Olga simulation giving warning for multiflash failure and fluid update for flow path. File generated with black oil method, well test data GOR=2664, oil 55% and water 45%.
WARNING Compositional Tracking PVT routine for flash and fluid update failed : FLOWPATH=O4P-0_Miltiphase Flow line, PIPE=Pipe-10, SECTION=1. Pressure above maximum value (202500000 Pa). I tried to increase pressure and temperature range to maximum range, even simulation is not going through. Can one let me know troubleshooting of this problem.
Thanks

Well 2025 bar would seem to be one issue....

Impossible to diagnose your simulation remotely.

You would need to contact Aspen Tech I think it is now.

There are also user groups on their website I believe.

Looks like you've got some trapped fluid / liquid somewhere which is heating up?

Remember - More details = better answers
Also: If you get a response it's polite to respond to it.

Do you have two sources with defined flow rates?
Does running 100% water avoid the error?
Post your pipeline configuration.
Identify pipe_10

--Einstein gave the same test to students every year. When asked why he would do something like that, "Because the answers had changed."

Pipeline profile attached.
Any how, problem solved after increasing pipeline diameter, 4" to 6"
For Flow assurance, compositional tracking, PVT file routine failed while, PVT feed file work, can you let me know why this happening.
Thanks
