    Looks to me like you need to get out of model space and into paper space (the layout tab like francesca says). Then you can choose between display, extents, layout, window and see what works for you. Plot preview is there for a reason. If we all agreed, we would be Communists.- Me.

    Try this. Right click on the object snap button at the bottom of the screen. Select settings (left click). Left click on options in the dialogue box. Select the display tab. Uncheck 'Use large buttons for Toolbars'. Hope it helps. If we all agreed, we would be Communists.- Me.

    I agree with NJ1. The last ten pumps I installed, the pad was formed all the way up to the bottom of the base plate which would fulfill your grouting requirement. If we all agreed, we would be Communists.- Me.
