    Clamps

I was referring to the circular part of the clamp, not the fastener part. Hope that makes better sense.

    Clamps

So, is there even such a clamp like this one?: http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/855/bndclp2.jpg/ If not, then I must be thinking of this: http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/831/bndclp.jpg/

    Clamps

Sort of. The clamp I saw was similar to that, but not fully circular loop. Imagine that tbolt clamp you linked, but only up to where the rivets attach the latch. Is there such clamp? Make sense?

    Clamps

Ok then. Is there any type of clamp where you just rivet 2 latches on a circulart part about 1 inch apart, and tighten/clamp (maybe a duct) them together with a tbolt?

    Clamps

hmm.. I was thinking just the circular strip with a latch? like a vband clamp without the retainer part

    simulation?

I'm basically going to model an automobile in MSC Adams application and will be required to do some programming. That was all the info I was given. I was curious as to how much programming knowledge was required.

    simulation?

How much programming is involved in simulation? (specifically C programming or Matlab/simulink). I know the fundamentals of both, but depends on how intensive the programming is. Can simulation be thought of as one big video game?!
