Thank you Kapil. I'm well on my way. NX 9.0 is now seeing the KF routine. Although, I have encountered an error along the way. At least I'm way past it not even seeing the KF. I will repost if I do not figure out the small hurtle in front of me.
Thanks again,
David
How do I get KF routine (written for NX 6.0) to run on new machine with new NX 9.0 seat? Do I also need to load NX 6.0 onto new machine for KF to run? We have copied to new machine all KF files and edited bda_start.bat. I do not see it at File => All Applications =>.
Any help will be...
Tomas,
Thank you!!
In what format should the (.dat) data file be:
X.xxxx, Y.yyyy, Z.zzzz
X.xxxx, Y.yyyy, Z.zzzz
X.xxxx, Y.yyyy, Z.zzzz
...
or
X.xxxx Y.yyyy Z.zzzz
X.xxxx Y.yyyy Z.zzzz
X.xxxx Y.yyyy Z.zzzz
....
or
? ? ?
Regards,
David
Thank you, but the method you suggest creates points using the newly created spline. I need to import the points I used to create the spline in the first place.
Is it possible to import a set of data points (X Y Z format) into NX6.0? NX6 will import a spline from a set of data points but how do I get the data points themselves to import?
Thanks for your help!!
