I have a assembly based on multiple parts/ volumes referencing by wave to a control part with the sketch. The first part was created position dependent wave linked sketch /exturude, etc.. Now this part is added several times as instance. These instances can be positioned individually. The question:
After weeks, month I want to find out what is the base component - no wave control license.
TIA

If you go into the model tree and right mouse click on the "linked body" feature and then "edit parameters" you will see "wave information"

you got me wrong ;-)
the part is the same it has many instances in the assy.
The wave link is not the problem - it's the problem for me to find the first part supplying the wave link (hope you understand me)

Open the Assy Navigator, place your cursor over some 'white space', press MB3 and select 'Pack All'. Now from the Assembly Navigator select the now single Component entry(which should include all of the instances) and then set it to be the Work Part while still in the context of the Assembly. Now repeat the first procedure above only select 'Unpack All'. The Component shown as the Work Part should be the one you're looking for.
