2009 Korean Building Code

Does anyone have any leads on where I can get my hands on a copy of the 2009 Korean Building Code? We have been looking everywhere and cannot find a copy of it. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks.

I have looked there, and tried to follow the links, but it starts routing me through several different sites, and I am concerned about what my computer might catch going down that route. We have looked on the Korean Architectural Institute's Site, and they mention publishing the code, but they don't sale it from what I can see.
