1.5B has been my go-to metal deck for commercial projects for as long as I can remember. I've now got a client requesting to use a 3/4" corrugated deck on a small commercial kitchen addition.
I've found several manufacturers online, as well as the load ratings (which comply) - however, this deck seems to only come with rounded flutes. The deck will be attached to light gauge trusses, and my concern is that the rubber washers on the TEK screws wont be able to seat properly. Anybody has experience or any comments (or know if a flat-fluted 3/4" deck is available somewhere) ? Thanks in advance.

"B" deck usually has a roofing membrane above it. Is the 3/4" the finished roof surface?

No - it will be covered w/ densglas, water barrier, and non-structural metal roofing.

Just use regular HWH TEks W/O rubber washers. The flutes will flatten as needed.

You might look at MBCI's PBU. PBD is probably closer to the look the client wants, but it is only 5/8".
