3D Thrust Block

Does anyone know where i can find information on how to design a 3D thrust-block. The pipeline that we are designing have composite vertical and horizontal bends.

The pipeline is above-ground. I need to calculate the thrust at pipe angles that bend in the x-y-z directions.
