3D XML

I have Dassault System 3D XML Player.
It works with its example file but it doesn't work
my 3DXML file which is produced by Save As in CATIA.

What error does it say ?

If you upgraded Catia lately, you also have to upgrade the 3dxml viewer.

You can also try to have a look "inside" the 3dxml file by renaming it with a ".zip" extension at the end of the file, so it will open with winzip.
Me, I had (or still have, I have to check every new file I create) a problem because there was a file with a "path" inside the 3dxml. Just removing it from the .zip file fixed it (thanks to this forum).

I saw that file then I removed.
But I could not run it again.

The error message is "Loading failure error"

unzip it and have a look if it contains dodgy filenames
