I don't think you can get 8 threads per inch on a 4.75" bolt.

This size is only available in US standard with 2.625 threads per inch.

Bolt root area = 14.215 in2
Accross Flats = 7.25"
Nut height = 4.75"

The rest I suggest to extrapolate Table D-5 in TEMA to the bolt size (4.75")
