4.5 degree C dew-point of LAT for cooling coil design 1

I'm trying to use water medium instead of glycol in waterside of cooling coil due to it is not sure if any impact of glycol to the air side. Does it work for using a heat exchanger to provide 1.5 degree C chilled water for low temperature dewpoint coil loop design without glycol added?

Glycol will increase parasitic losses over water.

Use propylene glycol if you are afraid of toxicity.

Is propylene glycol approved by FDA in the food manufacture application?

Some propylene glycol is food grade, and some isn't. You'll have to ask the propylene glycol supplier.

in practice 4 degrees C is considered freezing threshold.
