Hi all

I have a query on 4th axis programming..

condiations:

A) If you use workoff set "G54" It must be same for all sides. Only B axis has to change.

B) Should not edit manually .. every thing has to come automatically... Like B0, B90, B180 etc....

3) While Fixing MCS , "Reference CSYS Window" which one I need to select like.."Absolute or WCS or Selected CSYS"
whtat is the diffrences..

4) In MCS window there is Details Option like "PURPOSE, SPECIAL OUTPUT, FIXTURE Offset and Save MCS..when these options are useful.

I tried to keep workoffset constant and B axis(table) Rotation, But I am finding some proble.. But I know that Its possiable any one can reply me

here I attached a small(NX6) sample Part can u try this and upload it plz.

Thanks and Regards
NX6

hi

exactly

you should schedule with only one part zero
if not properly generate the coordinates
or can be post processor or programming was not done correctly
always local and never use the main program should run on top of a single part zero
to be a program of 4 or 5 axis

any doubt
