Hello Everyone.
I am working on a project where we are thinking of utilizing cold-formed steel 'C' joists at 24" on center at roof level. Since the joist spacing is relatively close, I don't think we will need 1 1/2" type B roof deck and wanted to investigate use of 9/16" form deck without concrete topping. It will still have insulation, waterproofing etc. above the deck. Has anyone used the 9/16" form deck at the roof level? What should I be watching out for? Another option I am looking at is 1" type E metal deck.
Thank you in advance for your help, Everyone!

Not sure that I've ever seen SDI diaphragm values for 9/16" deck. There might be some out there but we've not used it before like that.
For gravity - no problem - but for lateral diaphragm make sure you have something to go on.
