Some clarification - the Class of material in this specification refers to specified minimum mechanical properties (strenght, ductility) and minimum impact energy value at 0 deg F.
 
Where can I find explenation in ASME
 
Correction - minimum impact energy at -60 deg F for LF6.
 
what value of impact of energy ?
 
Minimum of 15 ft-lbs for only one specimen of a set of three
or average of three specimens - minimum 20 ft-lbs.
