a chip that puzzels me

i can not locate any data on a 16 pin chip,it seems to be programable...the numbers are.large S then b57586 inder 9001 under9039 whitch i think is the batch number,please help.andries coetzee.at arcautoclinic@hotmail.com thanks...

Maybe its a house-partnumber. Accustomed by the OEM. (If you mean that even in the IC Master.) Contact the equipment OEM Website support if named.
